The couple's surrogate mother carrying the latest additions to the Hollywood family gave birth Tuesday morning, as announced by Barbara Walters on this morning episode of "The View."
Although reps for the new parents couldn’t be reached for comment, a spokesperson for East Ohio Regional Hospital where the surrogate gave birth said "everything's good," People.com reports.
According to Broderick, 47, their 6-year-old son, James Wilkie, is "pretty excited" and already coming up with presents for his new sisters. "
The babies, delivered via surrogate, were born early Tuesday morning.
The couple is expected to release further details later today. The twins will be welcomed by their brother, 6-year-old James Wilkie Broderick.
